Chloramphenicol
The use of this drug is contraindicated because the use of chloramphenicol will increase the effect of Sildenafil by affecting the patient hepatic and intestinal enzyme metabolism.
Isosorbide dinitrate
The use of this drug is contraindicated because the combination of this drug either increases the effects of the other by vasodilation which leads to fatal hypotension.
Nitroprusside sodium
The use of this drug is contraindicated because the combination of this drug either increases the effects of the others by pharmacodynamic synergism.
Enzalutamide
Use alternative drugs because the use of enzalutamide will decrease the effect of Sildenafil by affecting patient hepatic and intestinal enzyme metabolism.
Acetazolamide

The use of this medicine can lower blood pressure and when combining it with alcohol further increases the effect. In the world of pharmaceuticals, the search for answers to life’s most frequently asked questions, like “How long does Viagra last?” or “What’s the best way to take it?” is all about finding answers. A new study in the Journal of the American Medical Association suggests that even if you’ve never tried Viagra before, Viagra is no longer the best way to get your heart rate up.
The study, by Dr. Susan Wood and colleagues, is the first to compare how well drugs like Viagra are taken and to determine whether they are the same.
“We’ve seen that, at least on the surface, you have a very good response,” Wood said in an interview. “But a lot of the time it’s just not enough.”
Viagra is one of two drugs that have been shown to be the best way to treat chest pain for some men and help them stay awake during their romantic weekend. But the study also found that Viagra is no longer the best way to get their heart rate up.
It’s possible that, because it’s taken more often, the drug has a more effective effect on your heart and has to be taken for more than four hours.
However, Viagra is the only drug that has been shown to be an effective way to get your heart rate up, and there are a few other drugs that have been found to be effective.
The researchers were unable to test the effectiveness of the drug with other heart-related conditions, such as coronary artery disease or high blood pressure.
“We were unable to find a strong evidence that Viagra is better than any other drug,” Wood said in an interview.
The study also found that the drug has no effect on your blood pressure or heart rate, which is why it should be prescribed to men who have low blood pressure.
But it doesn’t appear to affect your heart, which is why it’s so important to check the blood pressure before taking Viagra.
“The fact that it works so well in men who have low blood pressure makes it seem like Viagra has a greater effect than Viagra on their heart,” Wood said. “But we’re not sure if it works the same way with women or not.”
Still, Wood said the study may help identify whether Viagra is the best medicine for you, but it’s not the best way to take Viagra.
“We’ve got another reason for this,” Wood said. “We’re looking at this a bit differently than we did for women who have coronary artery disease. Viagra can reduce the risk of a heart attack by up to 80 percent, but it may also reduce the risk of a stroke by up to 50 percent.”
“If we were to use Viagra in women, we would be able to treat the condition in a very similar way to Viagra,” Wood said.
“The fact that we were able to do that in women doesn’t seem to make it seem like Viagra is better than Viagra,” Wood said. “It seems to be a bit of a mystery.”
A second study found that men who took Viagra had a lower risk of a stroke, stroke, and heart attack compared with those who did not take Viagra.
The study also showed that Viagra is not as effective as other blood pressure medications for treating chest pain and heart disease, said the study’s senior author, Dr. David Aiken, professor of medicine at the University of British Columbia.
“There is not enough evidence that Viagra is better than Viagra in women,” Aiken said.
While these results may seem surprising, Wood said, it’s important to note that women who have had heart disease or coronary disease and have low blood pressure do not need Viagra to treat their chest pain.
“A study like this is going to be a very interesting study,” Wood said. “This may be the first to find a relationship between Viagra and a heart condition.”
For now, Wood said, men who took Viagra have a lower risk of a heart attack and stroke than those who did not take the drug.
